Delete your Clasendro account
For accounts on the Clasendro app by Clasendro Technologies Private Limited.
You can delete your Clasendro account and the personal data associated with it at any time, either from inside the app or right here on this page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Delete from the app
- Open the Clasendro app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm.

Verify the phone number you sign in with, and we’ll delete the account — no app needed.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted immediately: your login, profile (name, phone, photo), messages, notification tokens and preferences, and your links to children or classes.
- Retained by the school: institutional records you created for the school — attendance you marked, notices, homework, marks — are the school’s records under India’s DPDP Act. They are kept, but no longer linked to you: your name is removed and they become anonymous.
- Student records (for parents): your child’s school records belong to the school and are not affected by deleting your parent account. Contact the school to exercise rights over those records.
